Terms of service
Last updated 6 October 2026. By installing or using Quotely you agree to these terms with Cyber Nest.
The service
Quotely lets a Shopify merchant collect quote requests, prepare and send quotations, discuss them with customers and create Shopify draft orders. Shopify processes checkout and payment; Quotely does not take payments and a draft order is not a paid order.
Your account
You must be authorised to act for the Shopify store that installs Quotely and are responsible for what your staff do in it. Keep your Shopify access secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
Plans, billing and limits
Plans, prices and monthly limits are on our pricing page. Paid plans are charged by Shopify through your Shopify invoice and can be changed or cancelled in the app. If you move to a lower plan, existing quotes and accepted quotes are kept, but features and limits of the new plan apply to new activity. Prices do not include taxes Shopify may add.
Your content and responsibilities
You own the data you and your customers put into Quotely. You give us the right to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your quotes, prices, terms and taxes; for having a lawful basis and any notices needed to collect your customers’ data; and for replying to your customers. Quotes you send are your offers, not ours.
Acceptable use
Do not use Quotely to break the law, send spam or fraudulent quotes, upload malware or unlawful content, probe or overload the service, bypass plan limits or security controls, or access another store’s data. We may suspend access to stop abuse or protect other users.
AI assistance
AI suggestions may be wrong or incomplete. You must review them before use. You are responsible for anything you send to a customer.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Quotely available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan offers.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by uninstalling Quotely. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After uninstalling, your data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
Liability
Quotely is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Quotely in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
